Being new to Florida and being new to having a salt water in ground pool I decided it was best to contact some pool maintenance companies. Mike from Sapphire Pool Company was the only one to call me back and not only did he call me back, he immediately called me back. He was super professional and answered all of my questions. Mike comes weekly to maintain my pool and keeps it crystal clear. I would highly recommend Sapphire Pool Company if you want a professional, quality, and affordable company maintaining your pool.

It was a pleasure to have Michael replace the seals in my pool pump. He answered my questions and gave me some advice, both of which were much appreciated. He showed up on time, went right to work and had it all done in 15 minutes. Michael performed the post plaster maintenance on my pool which included all of the above as well as chemical balancing. He continued pool management for a month until I felt comfortable doing it myself. Michael was pleasant and thorough in explaining the process of after care. I would recommend him for pool maintenance needs.

A+ is the only way I know how to rate the service we received from Mike and the Team.

We are new to the area and had no clue what we had going on with our pool. In grounds are not common where we moved from. We asked our realtor for a recommendation and Mike and Sapphire is who we were blessed with

Not only were we able to get service on short notice the amount of education we gained along the way will ensure we remain customers. And they got the pool operating at a safe level in no time at all. No fancy up sell, no try this, add that. Just straight forward no nonsense results. Very very happy

Customer service is a huge value for us and we could not have asked for better then Mike.

Had a abandoned rental property with a pool that went horribly green. The owner Mike came out and was able to get the pool green to blue within about 72hrs! Very impressed and will recommend!

The owner of the company came out to give me an estimate for my pool. He was on time, honest, and personable. He has great communication and fair pricing. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING about the pool (we are new to having a pool). He even fixed a few things for no charge.
We have since had him back to convert the pool to salt, he didn’t upsell us on the top generator just the one he knows is best and gave us a $100 rebate. He made sure to check in with us the next day and go over the numbers and then delivered 2 more bags of salt to the house because of the upcoming rain. 10/10 would recommend sapphire for all of your pool needs. Matt is so genuine and fair.

Had noticed water loss in our pool. Found Sapphire pool company on line. Called them on a Saturday and Michael returned our call that day. Told him we had a leak, but to be sure he didn’t waste our time and money he had us fill our pool, then mark the water line with tape. Wait until the next day to see how much water had left the pool. He was checking to make sure it wasn’t just evaporation. He came out and address the problem and told us what to do in the days ahead. He not only finds leaks he repairs them and does just about anything pool related. We would recommend him for your pool needs . He is extremely fair and honest.
