All-Inclusive Weekly Pool Maintenance

Once a week full maintenance.

Pool must be blue, clear, chemically balanced, and in good operating condition in order for us to begin maintenance.
Includes $5 autopay discount

• We test your pool water and provide and apply basic pool minerals/chemicals to keep your pool water in optimum condition. (Extra chemicals needed due to high use, excessive water loss, and/or algae/phosphate/metal issues are not included and are subject to additional charges.)
• We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets as needed.
• We backwash/clean your filter once a month. (Quad or oversized filters are cleaned quarterly and are subject to additional cleaning charges.)
• We brush your pool (walls/tile/steps).
• We net/skim your pool.
• We vacuum your pool.
• We keep your pool water healthy and treat basic chemical issues that may arise.
• We do an overall inspection of your pool operating equipment, and report any issues back to you.
• An emailed report with time-stamped photos is sent to you after every visit.

Please be advised, all our personnel are in-house employees, not subcontractors or 1099's. We carry full workers compensation, general liability insurance of $1 million dollars, and are a State Licensed Pool Contractor.

Total of 50 visits per year. We are closed the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
